This is Spize Valley — the heartfelt dream of a man from Kerala, brought to life in the culinary capital of southern Italy.
I grew up in a small village in Kerala, where food was more than nourishment — it was celebration, memory, and love. My mother’s coconut fish curry, the sizzle of mustard seeds in hot oil, the scent of curry leaves on a monsoon evening — these were the flavors that shaped my childhood and ignited the passion.
Though I am trained as an engineer, my heart always belonged to the kitchen. When life brought me to Naples over a decade ago, I fell in love with the city’s passion for food, family, and authenticity. I saw in Naples the same soul I had known in Kerala: a place where food tell stories and every dish is a tribute to tradition.
After years of dreaming late into the night, Spize Valley was born. Here, we bring Kerala’s rich culinary heritage and authentic Indian food to southern Italy — blending coastal spices with centuries-old techniques and the warmth of Indian hospitality.
