From Kerala to Campania: A Dream Served Hot
In the heart of Naples, where the aroma of espresso mingles with the sea breeze and the sound of scooters echoes off cobblestone streets, there’s a warm, fragrant corner of India waiting to welcome you. This is Spize Valley — the heartfelt dream of a couple from Kerala, brought to life in the culinary capital of southern Italy.
We grew up in a small village in Kerala, where food was more than nourishment — it was celebration, memory, and love. Our mother’s coconut fish curry, the sizzle of mustard seeds in hot oil, the scent of curry leaves on a monsoon evening — these were the flavors that shaped our childhood and ignited the passion.
Though we are trained as engineers, our heart always belonged to the kitchen. When life brought us to Naples over a decade ago, we fell in love again — this time with the city’s passion for food, family, and authenticity. We saw in Naples the same soul we had known in Kerala: a place where food tell stories and every dish is a tribute to tradition.
After years of dreaming late into the night, Spize Valley was born. Here, we bring Kerala’s rich culinary heritage and authentic Indian food to southern Italy — blending coastal spices with centuries-old techniques and the warmth of Indian hospitality.
